I have another painting up, this is my robot in a simple background with another two characters in the foreground, (I appreciate any pointers anyone can give to help me to make it better) I did it entirely in Painter X paying attention to such details as the composistion of the piece. I used this issue of ImaginefX for it's tutorial on composition. I tried to keep it simple, focusing on the rule of thirds to create a sort of figure of eight composition to lead the viewer around the scene.
